这里可以在动物园中种植各种植物，包括树木和花卉，有些是为了美化环境让游客满意，有些则是为了让动物满意。游戏中的植物比较多，并且对应不同的气候，有适中气候、热带气候以及沙漠气候三种，适中气候的植物有桦树、橡树、柳树、杨树、松树(两种形态)、高松、美洲杉、刺柏属丛木、黄杨属、欧洲花楸、银矮柏、金钟柏、月桂树、杜鹃花、芦苇、石楠属植物、花坛(两种形态)；热带气候的植物有桉树、杏树、中国风车棕榈、香蕉棕榈、海枣、丝兰、旅人棕榈、无花果树、竹子、露兜树属植物、椰子树、红树林、雨树、火树、大果肉桂、蕨类植物、水瓶棕榈、巴豆、擎天凤梨属、花坛(三种形态)；沙漠气候的植物有树形仙人掌、祈祷树、雨伞荆棘、面包树、龙血树、龙舌兰属植物、奥根派普仙人掌、仙人掌丛(三种形态)。选择植物之后右边的窗口中会出现该植物对水源的需求以及对游客的吸引力，玩家需要判断最适合自己的动物园的植物进行种植。
第五项 石头
用来满足类似老虎、狮子、北极熊那样其实逼人的大家伙
4—4雇员
游戏里雇员有三种
清洁工：清洁动物园里的垃圾。工资200$
管理员：饲养、照料动物。 工资：400$
讲解员：向游人讲解关于动物的知识。工资： 200$
4—5 动物园状态
门票收入分为4个等级：
0——免费
10——低级
20——适中
50——贵
一般的动物园最好以低价位门票开放，来吸引游人，采取薄利多销的策略。
在进行非自由模式的时候要时时关心你动物园的情况，及时作出调整。
